After the success of the 2017 Bikeathon, which raised just over £15,000 and had just over 300 participants St Richard’s Hospice are pleased to be running the Bikeathon for a second year.

Midland Communications are proud to be sponsoring the event again also!

July 1st, 2018.

Starting and finishing at the hospice at Wildwood Drive, Worcester, cyclists will head into the beautiful South Worcestershire countryside, predominately on quiet country lanes or specific, signed routes. Three routes will be on offer to attract both the family market and experienced cyclist; circa. 16, 45 and 64 miles (100km) routes, to include a refreshment stop. The longer two routes will be timed and Pulse Pursuits will be assisting with the logistics of the day to ensure adequate signage and risk assessments of the route have been carried out.

Each year the St Richard’s Hospice team supports over 3,000 patients and family members in Worcestershire with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.
