The office based technical support team have a wealth of knowledge and are able to deal with around 70% of support requests remotely, reducing the time taken to clear problems and causing least disruption to our customers’ working day.
Prioritised Fault Handling
Midland Communications place a high priority on total system failures. Although faults of any kind can be an inconvenience, a total system failure can be damaging for business unless it is quickly rectified. We are proud of our record of 100% of total system failures being cleared within 4 hours in the last BSI audited period.

A. Complete System Failure - 4 Operational Hours
B. Partial Failure - 16 Operational Hours
