Consultancy and Account Management
Midland Communications works in partnership with organisations to develop an overall communications strategy to match your future business strategy. Our consultants are experienced and work with you to establish the key drivers for what you want to achieve from your business communications. Our accredited partnerships with multi - manufacturers then allows us to provide the right solutions without being tied in to a specific product.
This consultative approach to our sales is than continued after installation, with your initial sales consultant remaining as your Account Manager and single point of contact, to provide continued updates, provide a quick response to enquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Project Management - Implementation
Your Account Manager works in conjunction with you and our in-house engineering team, ensuring installation through to implementation is handled to agreed timescales, and co-ordinated with any additional third party installations that may be required.
Hosted Services
A Hosted Service is a completely managed telephony solution whereby you use IP handsets over Midland Communications' business broadband or leased line solutions, cutting out costs such as network line rentals, PBX maintenance, system upgrades and expensive engineering call outs, because you do not need to own the telephone system itself.
Without having to invest in expensive hardware for your new offices or sites, you can take full advantage of the flexibility that IP telephony can provide, adding many of the features most businesses are striving to achieve with unified communications at a fixed monthly cost.
