Customer service has improved significantly as staff can now deal with higher call volumes. The contact centre now handles 15,000 calls per month. Prior to the implementation of the new system the same four employees were only able to handle 10,000 calls. Customer service agents are spending less time tracking down employees and spending more time answering calls.
